7:00am-3:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring an Inventory Admin for a company in Ixonia, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 1st shift. Inventory Admin Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Track and record all movements of packaging materials to and from the production lines using ERP as well as paper documentation
  • Communicate with warehouse staff when items are needed at the production lines
  • Identify items that need to be returned to warehouse and fill out a return label to identify item/lot/quantity
  • Bin materials to the appropriate location with an RF scan gun by safely performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking by hand or safely using material handling equipment
  • Verify quantities and correct items numbers are being supplied by warehouse staff prior to production using the materials on the line
  • Maintain tracking documentation in a neat and orderly manner
  • Use RF scan guns to enter Finished Good dispositions into ERP system and located appropriate staging locations for completed pallets
  • Audit inventory for accuracy and report discrepancies to appropriate personnel
  • Print usage report in ERP System and make this available to the appropriate departments on a regular time
  • Maintain quality standards, conditions, and/or specifications throughout the entire plant system
  • Report and/or document any quality related deviations to the appropriate personnel
  • Avoid contamination whenever possible
  • Maintain the working area in a safe and orderly manner
  • Follow food quality and safety guidelines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Inventory Admin Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior shipping receiving experience helpful
  • Oral communication skills

  • Time management
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
