Full Time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage and optimize our warehouse inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the warehouse to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 warehouse associates, ensuring accountability, productivity, and adherence to inventory procedures. Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product conditions against purchase orders. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Organize and label products in the warehouse following established storage procedures to maximize space efficiency and picking accuracy. Identify slow-moving, damaged, or expired products and coordinate removal, disposal, or return as appropriate. Perform regular bay audits, cycle counts, and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy and quickly identify and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records in inventory management software and generate regular reports on stock levels, shrinkage, and fulfillment metrics. Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demand. Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards at all times. Assist in receiving and processing customer returns, assessing product condition, and restocking or disposing of items accordingly. Communicate proactively with management regarding inventory shortages, supplier delays, or fulfillment issues.What We're Looking For System Knowledge:
Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SkuVault, Linnworks, or similar) and Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred.Detail-Oriented:
You take pride in maintaining accurate inventory records, catching discrepancies during audits, and ensuring stock levels are always up to date.Communication:
You work well in a team setting and can communicate effectively with warehouse staff, purchasing, and leadership regarding inventory needs and issues.Reliability :
You are dependable and punctual. Some Saturdays may be required based on operational needs.Physical Ability :
