This role is responsible for locating, inspecting, photographing, scanning, and accurately listing products for online auction events. Successful candidates will be comfortable using technology, possess strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Locate and organize products throughout the warehouse. Inspect merchandise for condition, functionality, and completeness. Photograph items for online auction listings. Scan and enter product information into inventory systems. Write accurate item descriptions with proper spelling and grammar. Research products as needed to verify specifications and value. Ensure listings are completed with attention to detail and accuracy. Meet daily productivity goals of approximately 100+ items per day. Assist in preparing inventory for auction events held every three days. Maintain organized work areas and inventory staging locations. Work collaboratively with warehouse and auction team members. Contribute to a positive, engaging, and team-oriented culture. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, e-commerce, retail, or auction experience preferred. Strong computer and technology skills. Ability to learn inventory management software quickly. Excellent written communication, spelling, and data-entry skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying inventory items. Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment. Safety Requirements Steel-toe boots required. Adherence to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines. Performance Expectations Process and list approximately 100 or more items per day. Maintain high listing accuracy and quality standards. Support auction preparation deadlines and inventory flow requirements. Consistently demonstrate reliability, accountability, and teamwork.
