Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers who bring in devices to sell or trade. Inspect and test electronics including phones, laptops, gaming consoles, and other tech devices. Accurately assess device condition and market value. Negotiate offers with customers in line with company pricing guidelines and profit margins. Maintain detailed records of purchased items and transactions. Stay updated on current market trends and resale values for electronics. Assist in organizing and storing newly purchased inventory. Collaborate with the listing and sales team to ensure smooth transition of inventory to the sales floor or online platforms.
