  • Contract We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations in a fast-paced technology environment.
This role is responsible for maintaining inventory control, processing inventory transactions, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory processes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Receive, store, issue, and track inventory to ensure accurate inventory levels. Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. Prepare inventory reports and support inventory audits and reporting activities. Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and operational efficiency. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain accurate inventory data within inventory management. Assist with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and preparing materials for distribution. Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Support additional inventory and warehouse projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Two or more years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field. Familiarity with inventory management practices in a warehouse, manufacturing, or technology environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory management software. Experience using ERP, inventory, or business management systems is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine warehouse responsibilities.

$30.00
