We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive team member who can support our daily operations across customer service, order management, and inventory coordination. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. Position Overview The E-Commerce Customer Service, Order Processing & Inventory Specialist will play a key role in supporting our online operations. This person will manage customer inquiries, process and track orders, coordinate inventory updates, and help ensure smooth fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling multiple operational tasks with accuracy and urgency. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and marketplace platforms Resolve shipping, delivery, return, exchange, and product-related issues professionally and efficiently Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand representation Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates and delays Handle warranty claims and returns when applicable Order Processing Review, process, and monitor daily e-commerce orders Coordinate with fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries Verify order accuracy, payment confirmation, and shipping information Manage cancellations, refunds, replacements, and order modifications Monitor shipping statuses and troubleshoot fulfillment issues Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records across e-commerce platforms and internal systems Assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory audits Monitor low-stock items and communicate restocking needs Update product availability and inventory quantities in GoFlow, or other sales channels Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives Administrative & Operational Support Maintain organized records and operational documentation Assist with product listings, SKU management, and data entry Help improve operational workflows and customer experience processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, fulfillment, and sales Qualifications Previous experience in e-commerce customer service, order processing, inventory management, or related operations roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and learning new software platforms quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience with Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, ShipStation, QuickBooks, GoFlow, or inventory systems is a plus Positive attitude, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills Preferred Traits Self-starter with strong follow-through Customer-first mindset Process-oriented and highly organized Able to work independently while collaborating with a team Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy Adaptable and eager to improve systems and workflows Authorized to work in the US Compensation & Benefits Upto $25/hr based on experience Opportunities for growth within the company Paid time off and holidays Health Insurance 401k Supportive and collaborative work environment Schedule & Location Full-time Monday-Friday 8-5
