This is a 1st shift position, and the hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Pay depends on experience. Please apply for more information. Job description & main responsibilities As an inventory controller your main responsibility is to keep the stock levels in our ERP system in sync with the stock levels in the WMS. This requires extensive knowledge of the logistics processes and the IT systems. You will work together with ASML IT teams, the worldwide teams in the local organizations and the logistic service providers to ensure the inventory management processes are executed as designed.
Your responsibilities:
1. Ensure daily stock reports are produced and any discrepancies addressed and resolved within the time parameters (KPIs). 2. Work closely with the IT support organization, with the local planning teams and with the 3PL 3. Manage and solve disturbances caused in the logistics processes between and within the warehouses 4. Monitor the interface performance and resolve errors in the interface messages / documents 5. Analyze the errors and issues and solve the root causes that prevent re-occurrence 6. Manage and control inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks across ASML and logistics service providers Education Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain Management, IT, Finance or comparable Experience 1. 2 to 5 years relevant experience 2. Knowledge of logistics (technical) processes, especially the IT flow 3. SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (3PLUs) 4.
