Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator MD Turbines Inc - 2.7 Hialeah, FL Job Details Full-time 5 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description MD Turbines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator to oversee the inventory control and movement of aircraft engine parts throughout our repair and teardown operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production, and ensuring aviation components are properly tracked from receipt through final disposition. The ideal candidate has experience with inventory management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment where accuracy is critical. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records for aircraft engine parts, tooling, and materials. Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Receive, inspect, identify, and properly store incoming aviation components. Issue parts to production based on work orders and operational requirements. Ensure all parts are correctly tagged, labeled, and traceable in accordance with company procedures. Monitor inventory levels and notify Purchasing of lowstock or critical items. Coordinate inventory transfers between departments and warehouse locations. Maintain inventory transactions within the ERP or inventory management system. Work closely with Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, Quality, and Repairs to ensure efficient material flow. Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure inventory is easily accessible. Follow FAA, EASA, and company quality requirements regarding inventory handling and traceability. Support internal and external inventory audits. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain experience preferred. Aviation, aerospace, MRO, or aircraft parts experience strongly preferred. Experience using ERP or inventory management software. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Preferred Skills Knowledge of aircraft engine components and aviation part traceability. Understanding of FAA Part 145 inventory practices. Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and stock control. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
