If you have experience in inventory management, material planning, or supply chain operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is your opportunity to support groundbreaking aerospace programs. What You'll Do Coordinate daily material requests and support non-recurring operational activities. Plan, schedule, and track the movement of materials from request through delivery. Utilize MRP systems to forecast material needs and maintain inventory accuracy. Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Transportation, and other cross-functional teams. Monitor inventory levels, validate production orders and purchase requisitions, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Support warehouse operations, time-sensitive shipments, and secure-site deliveries. Promote a safe, quality-focused work environment while helping meet critical project deadlines. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in inventory control, material coordination, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain. Working knowledge of MRP systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or another regulated industry. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems. Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, and warehouse operations. Pay Details:
