Equipment Accounting Job Summary:

Maintains equipment inventory files and performs other accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

Maintains equipment inventory files Assists with reconciling and processing freight invoices to Purchase Order Processes AP and Notes Payable Equipment invoices and credits from Equipment Manufacturers Process Quarterly rental payments to Komatsu Processes warranty claim payments Reconciles Floor Plan Accounts Daily and Monthly Reconciles and processes Komatsu monthly open statement invoices Other accounting duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skill:
