Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Fine Jewelry Data Entry / Inventory Control Specialist who will also assist with Reception duties . The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is essential to maintaining the accuracy of our inventory systems and supporting the front desk operations of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify incoming jewelry inventory Accurately enter jewelry inventory into the Mavilo database and apply product tags Maintain and update inventory records as needed Process outgoing jewelry inventory for returns, repairs, and memos (consignment) Organize merchandise according to company standards Provide as needed and Saturday coverage for the Reception desk , including monitoring and granting client entry, handling all incoming and outgoing calls using the automated phone system, directing calls to appropriate staff or departments, receiving payments, and providing general front-desk support. Minimum Qualifications:

2-3 years of jewelry inventory experience preferred Strong data entry skills Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass background and drug screening Saturday availability is required
