AB_4977695 We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support our client in Decatur, GA. In this role, you will manage the preparation and cataloging of parts for their Parts Division, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy within their ERP system. Required experience with MS Word and Excel; experience with NetSuite and Google Suite is highly preferred. Apply Today!
salary:
$20 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Process parts received from vendors, customers, exchanges, and RMAs. Process shipments to vendors for repair, calibration, exchanges, etc. Examine and inspect parts for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. Enter data and maintain the parts inventory within the ERP system (NetSuite). Prepare and publish inventory updates to the parts website. Manage parts reordering and maintain proper stock levels. Maintain and update documents related to standard procedures. Update the inventory system as necessary (including data collection, inventory updates, and physical inventory counts). Oversee general maintenance of parts rooms and related storage areas. Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions and department supplies. Assemble and disassemble components into their final configuration. Perform parts count reconciliation with the ERP system. Execute special projects and assist in organizational projects across all divisions as requested by management. Maintain the high-quality standards expected by company management.
