Ellenwood, GA Job Details 3 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Computer skills Full Job Description PURPOSE This position is responsible for ensuring availability of the right parts at the correct time, to achieve maintenance objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maximize parts room inventory for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Provide exceptional customer service to team members to maximize tech and equipment uptime. Process work orders accurately and promptly. Process invoices accurately and promptly. Minimize obsolete parts by monitoring inventory usage. Manage warranty parts, credits, and equipment RMAs for maximum cost effectiveness. Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
QUALIFICAT IONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent. Experience with computer based maintenance systems. Minimum 3 years of experience working in a parts supplier or warehouse environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. Ability to promote a culture of trust and safety.
