Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Specialist to join our Ditch Witch Parts department in Forest Park, GA. This position supports efficient warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, maintaining inventory, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time while maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Store products and materials in designated locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and carrier paperwork.
  • Load trucks safely and securely for outgoing deliveries.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety, including clear aisles and properly stored products.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
  • Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely, if certified.
  • Ensure shipments meet company quality standards.
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipments and deliveries.
  • Perform other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
Training & Growth:
  • Participate in official Ditch Witch training and certification programs (online and practical).
  • Participate in forklift training for certification.

Probation Period:
All new hires will undergo a 90-day probation period, during which performance, skill level, and teamwork will be evaluated before full employment confirmation.
Job Type:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
