What We Need:
We are looking for an Accounting Inventory Control Coordinator to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings - Operations team. The Accounting Inventory Control Coordinator will support inventory management by assisting with the resolution of receiving, supplier, and invoicing discrepancies. The position focuses on executing core processes, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth day-to-day operations.
What You Will Do:
Monitor and resolve ASN/receipt failures across locations, partnering with suppliers, buyers, receiving teams, and IT Support identification of recurring errors and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Support the SCAR process by maintaining inventory transactions and financial accuracy Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on disposition and follow up on credit recovery Assist with resolving receiving discrepancies in collaboration with receiving teams and buyers Review and follow up on aged ASNs to ensure timely and accurate resolution
What You Have:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 2 years of relevant experience

Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal. Solve problems with sound judgment and a collaborative mindset. Build strong partnerships and thrive in a team environment. Leverage Oracle, Microsoft Office, and business systems to drive results.
