Job Description

Job Summary Do you have a great eye for detail and a passion for discovering the latest product trends? Miner's McCall is looking for a creative, self-motivated Inventory Specialist to help keep our convenience store looking its absolute best! This is the perfect gig if you are looking for a side job with ultimate flexibility and the ability to work on your own. You could even listen to an audiobook, learn a new language or catch up on your favorite podcast while working . You will work approximately 15 hours per week on a schedule that fits your life. In this role, you will keep our shelves fully stocked, maintain a clean and organized back stock room, and merchandise products to catch customer attention. You will also have the freedom to scout for new and innovative products to bring into our store.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock & Merchandise:
Ensure shelves are always fully stocked, rotated properly, and presented in a visually appealing way to maximize sales and grab customer attention.
Inventory Management:
Keep the back stock rooms clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
Product Sourcing:
Actively scout for fresh, innovative, and trending products that fit our convenience store and appeal to the McCall community.
Quality Control:
Monitor product expiration dates, remove damaged goods, and assist with stock rotation.
Requirements:
Previous retail, merchandising, or inventory experience is preferred, but we will train a hard-working person with initiative. A keen eye for detail and creative product display.
