at Prinsco, Inc. in Chatsworth, Illinois, United States Job Description Salary Range $21.00 - $24.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift First Description Resin Inventory Coordinator Prinsco is looking for a Resin Inventory Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations by managing resin materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring quality and efficiency in handling processes. This role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly through safe material handling, inventory control, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. What You Will Do + Manage resin inventory levels and support planning for storage and usage + Receive incoming materials and complete inventory transactions in the ERP system + Load and unload resin deliveries and move materials safely within the facility + Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and bills of lading + Label, store, and organize materials while maintaining accurate inventory records + Coordinate with Accounting to review and help resolve inventory variances + Partner with purchasing and vendors on quality or material issues + Prepare resin systems and assist with proper placement of materials into storage bins + Perform basic troubleshooting on blending, loading, and handling equipment + Sample materials according to quality control procedures and document results + Identify and communicate quality concerns before shipment + Support continuous improvement efforts and cross training within the team + Assist with other duties as assigned What You Bring + High school diploma or GED required + Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory environment preferred + Experience with inventory systems or ERP preferred + Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Basic mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills + Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials + Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team Work Environment This is a hands on role in a manufacturing and warehouse setting. The position requires physical activity including lifting, moving materials, and operating equipment. Qualifications + High school diploma or GED preferred + 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory environment preferred + Experience with inventory control and ERP systems is preferred + Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification + Ability to safely load and unload materials and perform physical job duties + Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation + Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality control requirements + Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team members, vendors, and internal departments + Basic math and problem solving skills, including ability to assist with inventory variance review + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Willingness to cross train and support continuous improvement initiatives To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
