About the Role As an Aviation Inventory Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by managing the flow of critical components and ensuring production timelines are met. You will leverage your technical expertise to maintain inventory accuracy and facilitate the safe, efficient movement of materials within a high-stakes manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Utilize SAP and integrated inventory management systems to track material movement and maintain real-time data accuracy. Analyze and interpret complex technical blueprints to ensure the correct handling and staging of aerospace components. Execute rigorous pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to guarantee operational readiness and fleet safety. Prioritize and expedite the delivery of time-sensitive materials while strictly adhering to site traffic regulations. Safely transport and maneuver heavy materials weighing up to 50 lbs, maintaining the integrity of all deliverable goods. Operate industrial equipment with precision, ensuring all safety protocols and PPE requirements are consistently followed. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise-level inventory software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Ability to interpret technical blueprints and schematics. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and risk mitigation. Preferred Skills Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain one through provided training. Strong background in warehouse logistics and material handling processes. Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of reliable attendance. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
