About the Job The Inventory Technician is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts and audits, and ensuring material movement and storage comply with company procedures. This role works closely with warehouse operations, receiving, and quality teams to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support efficient inventory flow.
Pay:
$20.00/hr USD Key Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and periodic physical inventories in accordance with established schedules Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; document root causes and corrective actions Execute inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS), including adjustments, transfers, and status changes Support receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping activities to ensure accurate inventory movement Verify item identification, lot numbers, quantities, and locations Maintain inventory accuracy for regulated, temperature-controlled, or controlled materials as applicable Assist with audit preparation and support internal and external audits Communicate inventory issues clearly to warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams Follow all safety, compliance, and work instruction requirements Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications 2-3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience in a GMP-regulated environment Working knowledge of GMP principles and controlled material handling Experience using WMS or ERP systems for inventory transactions and reporting Strong attention to detail with demonstrated adherence to SOPs and documentation standards Proficient in basic computer applications (inventory systems, spreadsheets, data entry) Ability to operate material handling equipment and lift up to 50 lbs as required Clean driving record Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industries Experience supporting audits and inspections Forklift and pallet jack certification What's on Offer?
