$22.00/ hr with raise after 90 days based on performance.Job Summary:
SEKO Logistics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with specialized experience in receiving and inventory management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate intake of goods and maintaining precise inventory records to support efficient warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately record and label received materials in the warehouse management system. (WMS)
- Aid in inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- May also be asked to perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and shipping materials as needed to support overall team operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently. Training provided.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven background and hands-on experience in receiving and inventory management within a warehouse or distribution center.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanners or handheld devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification and relevant warehouse experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
