Inventory and Shipping Specialist Aviation Technology - 4.4 Louisville, KY Job Details Full-time $18 - $23 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Computer operation Maintaining an organized workspace High school diploma or GED Dangerous goods Organizational skills Office management Full Job Description Parts Manager Responsibilities Responsible for purchasing aircraft parts, components, and materials to support the maintenance operation, including AOG, routine stocking, and fleet provisioning. Perform receiving inspections of incoming inventory in accordance with the company General Maintenance Manual. Maintain the parts storage areas, shipping/receiving areas, and company tools in an orderly fashion. Ensure parts and tools are appropriately tagged, stored, and segregated accordingly. Responsible for expediting, shipping, and tracking of parts/materials shipments. Identify, classify, and handle all hazardous material shipments in accordance with Company procedures and CFR regulations. File warranty claims for programs as needed. Update and maintain inventory tracking program. Responsible to monitor and track exchange cores and promptly return to vendors. Perform office management tasks as assigned. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, or higher authority. Qualifications High school diploma, or GED. 1+ years' industry experience preferred. Must be a self starter. Customer service-focused mindset. Exceptional attendance and punctuality is a must. Effective verbal, and written communication skills are required. Excellent computer skills, to include Microsoft Suite. Must be willing to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels. Must be able to lift 50lbs and bend, stand, and squat for extended periods of time. Excellent organizational skills a must. Able to multitask and meet deadlines. •Pay will be based on experience•
