Our Values and Leadership Behaviors Position Overview:
The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for executing, tracking, and analyzing inventory transactions in our parts warehouse. They will oversee cycle count programs and use data to help develop processes, establish metrics, and track results to mitigate inventory variances. In addition, they will help to receive, pick, package, and ship parts daily. Key Responsibilities Do physical counts and create reports to track results Use count results to identify root cause issues that will drive process optimization and accountability Unload trucks and receive material into inventory Pick, package and ship parts using Fed Ex Software Education & Technical Experience High School Degree or GED required 1+ years of forklift experience required Familiarity with cycle count procedures ERP/WMS Experience required, Oracle experience would be a plus Basic computer skills required, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential Familiarity with dimensional drawings Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Effective time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently but also have a strong drive to be a team player Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence, high level of accuracy and attention to detail required Strong interpersonal communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in-person Ability to work with all customers in a positive and courteous manner consistently Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Physical Requirement Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day

Louisville, KY (onsite) Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per
