Job Description

Growing Oxygen/Respiratory Service company is looking for a Inventory control specialist, for Nursing Home on site inventory surveying.
Responsibilities:
  • Process all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process all work orders and delivery tickets daily from branch offices
  • Update system for all equipment for Patient names and Preventive Maintenance
  • Perform office tasks such as scanning, faxing, copying and filing as needed
  • Maintain customer profiles in QuickBooks for any changes as they arise
  • Help billing specialist close and produce all month end reports and invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile inventory issues as they pertain to invoices
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and creating work orders to log call
  • Maintain all inventory files in an accurate, organized manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Assist other staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills with accurate data entry and strong knowledge in Excel
  • Must be detail oriented, able to work independently with good follow up skills
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task
  • Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree desirable
  • Ability to adapt to change, demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to accept accountability
  • Able to effectively interact with all levels of staff and management
