Job Type:
Full-time Position Overview Liberty Chevrolet is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Automotive Lot Manager to oversee our vehicle inventory, showroom presentation, and lot logistics. This is a critical operational role working directly with our dealership management team to ensure 100% compliance, premium merchandising, and efficient vehicle flow. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control:
Log, tag, and accurately stock in all incoming new and pre-owned vehicles.
Merchandising & Display:
Maintain premium, buyer-ready lot layouts and showroom displays.
Logistics:
Coordinate local vehicle transports, vendor drop-offs, and detail shop scheduling.
Site Management:
Oversee property cleanliness, organize parking flow, and assist with seasonal snow removal.
Team Collaboration:
Work with sales and finance managers to prep vehicles for immediate customer delivery.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of automotive dealership lot, valet, or inventory management experience preferred.
License:
Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record (Required).
Skills:
Strong spatial awareness, ability to operate diverse vehicle types, and basic digital inventory tracking.
Physical:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods. All Interviews to be held at Liberty Chevrolet 90 Bay State Rd Wakefield
