Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Jewelry Inventory & Repair Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of our jewelry collection, ensuring accurate inventory management, and delivering exceptional repair services. As a Jewelry Inventory & Repair Specialist, you will combine technical expertise with a passion for jewelry craftsmanship to provide outstanding service to our customers and support our store's operational excellence. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will help us uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and update jewelry inventory records with precision, utilizing specialized financial software and inventory management systems Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions promptly Manage jewelry & watch repair vendors, following established quality standards Collaborate with sales associates to assist customers with jewelry repairs, customizations, and maintenance advice Collect data on repair processes and inventory movements to support financial analysis and reporting efforts Maintain detailed documentation of repair procedures, materials used, and quality control checks Support the collection of quantitative research data related to inventory trends and repair turnaround times Requirements Experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel Basic understanding of jewelry materials, craftsmanship processes, and jewelry repair needs Strong vendor relationship management skills Familiarity with financial concepts related to inventory management and cost tracking Ability to operate POS & financial software systems and utilize data collection tools effectively, CRM system experieince a plus. Strong math skills for precise measurements, calculations, and analysis Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and quality control Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing customer service.
