Job Description

Wearlinq is reimagining ambulatory cardiac monitoring with the first FDA-cleared, real-time, six-lead EKG designed to be easier for patients, clinicians, and health systems alike. We sit at the intersection of clinical cardiology, hardware, software, and data, building products that turn complex cardiac signals into clear, actionable insights. We're growing fast! Because of this, we are expanding our Logistics team! Position Overview This role seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Recovery Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of diagnostic monitors to & from patients and clients. This position requires a strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes, as well as interacting with patients and their families by phone or email. This is a salaried on-site position, located in Rockville, MD. Work hours are typically 9-6, with some days requiring 9am-7pm.
Responsibilities :
Primary responsibility in this role is to facilitate the return of equipment from our patient and clinical customers. Once a cardiac study is completed, we require all equipment to be returned to our facility to process, clean, rebox, and prepare to be assigned to new patient cardiac studies. This role focuses on recovery of equipment that has not been returned in a timely manner. Follow up steps may involve calling and/or emailing patients or clinical teams at customers to request the return, and assist with trouble shooting the return process. Manage shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all packages are accurately processed. Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics operations and improve workflow efficiency. Interact with clinical, customer service and remote sales staff to assure return shipping of product in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

S trong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Basic computer skills to track inventory and email communication.
Desired Experience:

Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
