Our logistics expertise, combined with our innovative approach, provides efficient and effective cost savings for our customers. We pride ourselves on delivering the best in customer service, employing the highest trained professionals, and utilizing the finest innovative technologies on the market. The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the returning fleet is off-loaded and staged for next day in a safe and efficient manner. Scanning product to ensure JK Logix and its customers remain compliant. Responsibilities & Duties Prepare for incoming orders based on the daily pickup calendar. Audit customer totes from the previous night to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in investigations related to missing packages and provide timely, effective resolutions. Coordinate and oversee the organized unloading of all returning trucks. Complete inbound processing, including inventory scanning and verification. Stage orders in designated areas in alignment with established policies and procedures. Update the PM Report, documenting issues, discrepancies, and daily rejection counts. Communicate operational issues to management promptly and professionally. Print manifests as required, including those related to rejections or special handling. Conduct a final end‑of‑shift walkthrough to ensure: Orders are staged correctly Customer areas are clearly marked Boxes and totes are properly labeled All closing procedures have been fully completed Secure the inventory area in accordance with company security protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Interpersonal Skills are essential - working as a team is important to an organized warehouse
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Customer Service mentality - ensures care of our customers items
  • Excellent Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75lbs
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be 21+
  • Must not be employed by any other cannabis company.
  • Must not have been convicted of a felony in the last 5 years
  • Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving a controlled substance in the last 5 years
