Job Description

Warehouse This position will be responsible for fulfillment of hardware requests related to broken hardware within client facilities. Daily responsibilities include stocking, picking, tracking, packing, configuring, and shipping hardware while managing detailed inventory tracking and warranty processing. Success in this role requires experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Technical configuration tasks are completed using established procedures while maintaining accurate inventory records and hardware movement. This role requires high attention to detail and a strong understanding of inventory systems, and the data required to accurately leverage them. The role may work directly with client store contacts to understand end-user impact, so the ability to clearly communicate—both verbal and written—and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential. Time Allocation This role must be flexible enough to provide whatever services are needed in any given day. Below is an example of how time could be spent: 60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware) 25% inventory tracking and reconciliation 15% configuration/application of firmware Top Must Haves Detail oriented and ability to provide systematic reporting Experience working with inventory systems
