Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage, track, and optimize our company stock. In this role, you will ensure optimal inventory levels across raw materials and finished products. You will act as the vital bridge between our physical warehouse and our business profitability systems. The ideal candidate blends hands-on warehouse logistics with strategic, data-driven planning.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Track Stock:
Monitor ingoing and outgoing inventory.
Audit Inventory:
Conduct regular physical cycle counts to reconcile system records.
Resolve Discrepancies:
Investigate root causes of missing, damaged, or misplaced stock.
Manage Replenishment:
Partner with procurement to establish reorder points and forecast demand.
Control Quality:
Inspect incoming shipments for defects, expiration dates, and damages.
Optimize Space:
Organize warehouse inventory layouts to maximize storage efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Data-Driven:
Strong mathematical skills with an ability to analyze stock turnover.
Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional accuracy when tracking hundreds of
SKU Great Communicator:
Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate with suppliers and buyers.
Physically Fit:
Ability to stand for long periods..
Education:
High school diploma required; degree in supply chain or logistics preferred.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
