JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Supply Chain Support Associates to support stocking, materials distribution, and supply chain operations at a major hospital in Minneapolis. Selected associates will assist with supply stocking for hospital departments, including support for a new unit. Prior experience in inventory, warehouse operations, materials management, retail stocking, or supply chain support is preferred but not required.

AM General Supply Chain Support:
7:00 AM-3:30 PM 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Shift availability will be confirmed during the hiring process. Applicants must be willing to work the assigned shift and complete all required hospital compliance steps before starting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock and replenish medical supplies throughout assigned hospital departments. Support supply needs for a new hospital unit. Receive, organize, stage, and transport supplies and materials. Maintain accurate inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Follow hospital procedures for supply handling, safety, cleanliness, and infection prevention. Use carts, equipment, scanners, or computer systems as required. Work cooperatively with Supply Chain staff, clinical teams, and hospital personnel. Maintain clean, organized, and safe supply areas. Perform other related materials support duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior inventory, supply chain, warehouse, stocking, retail, or materials experience is preferred but not required. Six months or more of relevant experience is preferred when available. No high school diploma or GED required. Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work throughout the assigned shift. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work in a hospital environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
Completion of the full hospital compliance process is required before the assignment begins.

Background check Minnesota DHS fingerprinting Drug screening Physical examination Immunizations and titers Additional health and employment documentation Clearance may take approximately three weeks after an offer is accepted. Candidates must be prepared to complete all compliance requirements promptly.
ASSIGNMENT OPPORTUNITY
The assignment includes four guaranteed weeks. Additional Supply Chain opportunities may be available after the initial assignment. Some associates may be considered for an extension or potential conversion based on facility needs, attendance, performance, and eligibility. Continued employment is not guaranteed.
