Job Description
Skills needed:
- Detail-oriented person Experience with e-commerce channels, preferably within the electronics or tech resale industries. Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of eBay or other e-commerce platforms
- Basic knowledge of refurbished electronics and IT equipment (laptops, desktops, networking gear, etc.).
- Organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and data-gathering skills
- Must be capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Experience with Inventory software (IQ Reseller preferred)
Daily Activities:
- Help manage online sales through platforms like eBay, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace.
- Create and optimize product listings with compelling content and accurate specifications.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure product availability and accurate listings.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
