Job Description
Position Summary Vantage South is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to manage daily operations at one of our retail locations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining accurate sales records, inventory organization, and overall store operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while supporting our precision agriculture customers and field personnel. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers with parts, products, and service needs. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate customer, sales, and inventory records using Zoho CRM. Receive, organize, and stock inventory. Keep the showroom, warehouse, and storefront clean, organized, and professional. Coordinate with sales and service personnel to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Deliver parts and supplies to customers or field technicians as needed. Assist with inventory counts and inventory management activities. Handle incoming phone calls and direct customer inquiries appropriately. Support day-to-day store operations and complete additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software systems such as Zoho CRM. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and move parts, equipment, and inventory items as needed. Previous retail, warehouse, agricultural, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Preferred Experience Agricultural, precision agriculture, farming, or equipment industry experience. Inventory management and order fulfillment. CRM, point-of-sale, or business software experience.
