Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a reliable Inventory & Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator to manage inventory replenishment, stock customer-designated inventory locations, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. This role involves scanning inventory, restocking vending and point-of-use locations, maintaining inventory levels, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires regular movement of materials, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and inventory procedures. Key Responsibilities Replenish and stock inventory at designated locations and vending systems. Scan inventory to generate replenishment orders and maintain accurate records. Receive, transport, and organize inventory deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment adjustments. Verify shipment accuracy against orders and resolve discrepancies. Maintain barcode labels and support inventory counts. Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards. Communicate inventory needs and customer requests to internal teams. Follow all safety procedures and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Basic computer and barcode scanner experience is a plus. Good communication and customer service skills.
