Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Inventory Control specialist will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy. The specialist will perform cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and reported in inventory, investigate inventory discrepancies with a focus on determining root causes and recommending corrective and preventative actions.
JOB FUNCTIONS 1.
Performing cycle counts daily to ensure inventory accuracy. Includes counting, weighing materials, and adjusting inventory as needed. 2. Utilize the Batchmetrics system to generate cycle count reports and adjust inventory. 3. Ensure materials are in proper locations and conduct searches to locate missing inventory. 4. Research the cause of inventory inaccuracy to determine root causes of inaccuracy and recommend corrective and preventative actions. 5. Support all production departments, quality control, and finance regarding, investigation, sampling inventory, and presenting the results of cycle counts. 6. Support Finance team with 3rd party inventory audits and year-end inventory counts. 7. Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly warehouse appearance.
ATTRIBUTES 1.
High school diploma. 2. Pallet jack and forklift experience a must. 3. Prior warehouse and inventory control experience. 4. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, do physical tasks, and use material handling equipment. 5. Good communication and writing skills.
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
