Inventory Control Specialist

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and shipping activities. This hands-on role is responsible for managing inventory transactions, verifying shipments, and ensuring smooth material flow from production to distribution. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system transactions Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Monitor inventory reports and manage item locations Oversee finished goods flow into the warehouse Verify inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and quality Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading Track shipment data and support order fulfillment Assist with general warehouse and administrative tasks Qualifications High school diploma (some college preferred) 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience Experience with inventory systems or ERP (MRP/WMS preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing and walking for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Schedule Monday•
