Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the accuracy, organization, and flow of all inventory coming in and out of our Northvale office. This is a working lead position
- you will scan and ship alongside the team, while also being responsible for training, quality control, and ensuring targets are hit.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage daily tasks for 2-4 Inventory Specialists Create and manage daily workflow
- receiving, QC/testing, cleaning, listing, and shipping priorities Own inventory accuracy in our system
- ensure all devices are scanned, graded, and accounted for Final QC on all outbound wholesale and e-commerce orders Keep office / warehouse organized, clean, and efficient Report inventory discrepancies and process issues to management Inventory & Fulfillment Scanning electronics (phones, laptops, tablets) into our inventory management system Advanced quality checking, testing, grading, and data-wiping of devices Packing, cleaning, and shipping of high-value devices Dropping off daily packages at FedEx / USPS Picking up packages from our storefront locations and suppliers in the NYC metro area using company vehicle•must have clean driver's license General upkeep and cleaning of the office / warehouse space
Requirements:
1-2+ years experience in inventory, warehouse, wireless / cell phone repair, or electronics wholesale
- lead experience preferred but not required Strong understanding of handheld electronics
- iPhone, Samsung, iPad, MacBook grading, carrier locks, etc. Comfortable with computers and inventory systems
- fast typing and scanning High School Diploma required, some college preferred Strong basic math, administrative, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- comfortable driving in NYC metro Able to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Extremely detail-oriented, honest, and reliable
- you are handling high-value inventory
