Job Description

Inventory Specialist We are seeking a responsible , organized Inventory Specialist to support daily inventory operations in our dispensary. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience with Dutchie and METRC , strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate, compliant inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory shipments. Maintain accurate stock counts and inventory records in Dutchie and METRC. Organize and label products properly for easy tracking and access. Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Help maintain compliance with state regulations and internal procedures. Monitor product movement and report shortages, damages, or errors. Support restocking, inventory prep, and general backroom organization. Keep the inventory area clean, secure, and well-organized.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience with Dutchie and METRC. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently. Knowledge of dispensary operations and compliance preferred.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
