  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Natural Leaf is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory & Fulfillment Associate to support daily back-of-house operations.
This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory is accurately received, organized, stocked, and fulfilled (packed) for customer purchases. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can stay organized while handling multiple tasks, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. This role is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, stocking products, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the store. Previous cannabis dispensary inventory experience is a plus. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming cannabis inventory shipments, compare deliveries against manifests and shipping documentation, report discrepancies, and assist with inventory intake using inventory management and Metrc seed-to-sale tracking systems Fulfill online and in-store customer orders by locating, scanning, and preparing products Print order receipts, labels, and related fulfillment documents Ensure products are accurately scanned and assigned to the correct order Label products and packaging according to company procedures Unpack deliveries and organize products in designated storage locations Stock shelves, bins, and inventory storage areas while maintaining organization and accuracy Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items Conduct routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits Assist with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigations Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workspaces throughout inventory and storage areas Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and other operational projects as needed Support other areas of store operations as business needs require Follow all company procedures, security requirements, and applicable regulations Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States Comfortable using computers, printers, scanners, and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform basic math and inventory counts Reliable, punctual, and dependable Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable standing, moving throughout the workday, and handling inventory-related tasks Comfortable receiving shipments, moving inventory, unpacking deliveries, and organizing products as needed Comfortable restocking products, organizing inventory, and maintaining clean and organized work areas Positive attitude and willingness to learn
