Inventory Control Specialist (Part-Time to Full Time Growth Position) Sculpture Hospitality of WNY Rochester, NY Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $22 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Hospitality Operational analysis Attention to detail Management consulting Leadership Full Job Description Inventory Control Specialist (Part-Time → Full-Time Growth Role) We are hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to support our clients— bars and restaurants throughout the Rochester area . This is a part-time role to start , with a clear path to a full-time role and growth into an Account Manager position with bonus and benefits. You'll begin in the field conducting beverage and/or food inventory audits, with the opportunity to grow into client-facing consultation and operational support. What You'll Do Accurately count food and/or bar inventory (both roles available) Proof and validate counts Identify discrepancies and issues Assist in developing and improving client SOPs Learn to analyze inventory data (usage, variance, pour cost) Grow into client communication and eventually lead meetings Who This Is For Bartenders, bar managers, or kitchen managers looking for daytime work Hospitality professionals who want to grow beyond operations Detail-oriented people who take pride in getting things right Someone looking for a long-term career path , not just a job What to Expect Early mornings are routine , not occasional This is hands-on and physical (on your feet, lifting, moving) Accuracy matters—this is not a "close enough" role Reliability is non-negotiable Often working independently at a client before staff arrives.
