Job Description

We are seeking a personable, independent, organized individual to join our warehouse inventory team. This individual would be responsible for coordinating all slotting processes and increasing product flow efficiency. This is a full-time first shift position. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Warehouse Inventory Specialist Job Duties Monitor and manage inventory levels. Perform slotting adjustments and assist with inventory floor planning. Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile variances between physical and system inventory. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and loss reports. Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and purchasing teams to maintain accurate inventory placement. Ensure proper storage and bin location assignments to optimize picking and replenishment flow. Assist with inventory audits and physical inventory processes. Isolate and document damaged or defective goods and escalate to appropriate personnel. Work internal departments to resolve quality issues Ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation meet company and customer standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors, damages, and returns. Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems Follow and enforce standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines. Prepare regular reports on inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and quality trends. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions related to inventory or quality issues.
