You will leverage your analytical mindset and technical proficiency to drive inventory accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and optimize our logistical workflows. Responsibilities Drive operational efficiency by maintaining precise inventory records and ensuring optimal stock availability across all product lines. Execute comprehensive inventory audits to identify and resolve stock discrepancies, directly impacting the bottom line. Enhance supply chain performance by refining inventory management processes and implementing best-practice tracking systems. Partner with procurement and logistics departments to generate accurate demand forecasts and prevent stockouts. Deliver actionable insights to leadership through detailed inventory performance reporting and trend analysis. Champion inventory excellence by mentoring team members on standardized handling procedures and compliance protocols. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated success in inventory management, stock control, or supply chain coordination. Advanced proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical capabilities with a rigorous attention to detail. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Direct experience working within warehouse operations or distribution centers. Experience with ERP systems and automated tracking technologies.
