Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Order processing, order entry, inventory management.
  • Expert level capability entering inventory into Quickbooks and managing raw material flow.
  • Logistics planning and freight scheduling.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Teamwork with all other team members to coordinate successful production.
  • Assist in marketing when needed.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects
  • Maintain organized filing systems and document management
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders such as key vendors and customers
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties
Experience:
  • Proven experience processing orders in manufacturing and logistics.
  • Proven experience using Quickbooks
  • Proven ability to use online MRP software to manage production order flow
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar) is a plus
  • Previous event planning experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for an experienced order processing/logistics professional to join our team.
