Responsibilities:
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the control, management, and planning of all inventories at DC location. This position maintains organizational channels of communication regarding inventory issues and works closely with Yard or DC Manager, Freight Management and Order Management to manage and maintain lead times.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Supervise cycle counts of all finished goods and resale products Review and management of inventory reports and related products Maintain communication with Regional DC Managers as necessary Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to Yard or DC Manager Practice proper forklift operation and preventative maintenance Maintain and build job skills through company training programs Maintain communication with CSRs' and sales regarding lead times Monitor customer orders and open backorders; manage sourcing issues Monitor and maintain inventory adjustments Monitor In-Transit Interplant transactions Review storage and capacity planning/issues Review and manage Over-Allocation Report and related products for "A" item products Seek improvements in inventory accuracies Reconcile inventory discrepancies Understand and practice

Educational Requirements:

Compensation Range or Hourly Range:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually Individual pay may vary and is determined by work location, shift, and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
