Oklahoma City, OK Job Details 9 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Data analysis reporting Phone communication Data reporting Math Desktop applications Productivity software Full Job Description The Inventory Control Technician will physically count the inventory of the Company as well as monitor usage. This position requires the ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and have an aptitude for math.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform physical counts on inventory. Responsible for restocking inventory. Request orders for parts. Monitor usage/history of inventory stock. Perform cycle counts. Make sure inventory has proper storage locations. Be able to locate parts within the inventory. Organize and monitor warehouse inventory for optimal use. Remove obsolete materials. Ensure integrity and accuracy of inventory management system. Maintains safe and clean work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Previous inventory control experience. Understanding of inventory control. Reliable and dependable. .
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information Have the ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology Ability to complete orders and routine forms on the computer as well as conduct routine oral communication in person or over the phone Be able to frequently move parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Able to compute, analyze and interpret numerical data for reporting purposes Able to see and read computer monitors and be able to detect specific noises, proper equipment operation and understand what others are saying Be able to work in warehouse that does not have heat or air conditioning Be able to stand and move about regularly Be able to multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented.
