Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory management and spare parts standardization efforts across renewable energy operations. This person will be responsible for collecting and validating spare parts data, maintaining inventory records in SAP, and helping develop standardized inventory processes and warehouse layouts that can be implemented across existing and future power plant sites. Responsibilities
  • Collect and validate spare parts information, including manufacturer part numbers and supplier data
  • Upload and maintain inventory data in SAP
  • Support inventory control and warehouse optimization efforts
  • Assist in developing standardized inventory layout guidelines for power plants
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures
  • Document inventory processes and recommendations
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and site teams to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
Compensation:
$18/hr to $22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.   • 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse management, or materials management experience
  • Strong SAP experience
  • Experience managing inventory data, spare parts, and warehouse operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Renewable energy industry experience (solar, wind, power generation, utilities, etc.)
  • Experience creating or improving inventory management processes
  • Understanding of change management principles
  • Experience standardizing warehouse layouts or inventory programs across multiple sites
  • Background in continuous improvement initiatives Experience supporting supply chain or operations teams
