About the role Eskimo Joe's Clothes - Sales Supervisor & Inventory Control Specialist Eskimo Joe's Clothes is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Sales Supervisor & Inventory Control Specialist to join our Stillwater team! This leadership position combines customer service, sales floor leadership, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working with people, leading by example, staying organized, and ensuring both the sales floor and inventory operations run efficiently. As a Sales Supervisor & Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback, assisting customers, stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom, counting register drawers, preparing deposits, operating a cash register, receiving inventory shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing defective merchandise and returns, reducing inventory shrinkage, and organizing inventory to maximize efficiency when pulling product. Candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and occasional weekends. Shifts may range between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM depending on business needs. This is a part-time position offering approximately 25-35 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling. Summer availability is required, and candidates must be able to work OSU home football game days. Starting pay is $14.75 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation based on relevant experience and qualifications. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys leading a team, has exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old At least one year of retail experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills Passion for leading, mentoring, and developing the Sales Associate team Exceptional attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Flexible availability, including some weekends, evenings, and OSU home football game days Ability to work at least half of spring break, as well as summer and winter breaks Reliable transportation Strong teamwork mentality Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Adaptability and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours and climb stairs multiple times throughout a shift Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Benefits of working for The Stan Clark Companies include: Competitive earning opportunities Flexible scheduling - great for students!
