00+ depending upon position & experience We are an OLCC recreational cannabis dispensary in Medford looking to add Budtenders, Keyholder, and Customer Service Specialists to our team. We are looking for people who are the right fit for our team, who are knowledgeable, and willing and able to learn and adapt to a dynamic industry. Applicants must possess strong customer service skills, and have strong interpersonal skills as we have a small, tight-knit team. If you are punctual, dependable, flexible, detail oriented, resourceful, a team player, and have strong oral communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit prior to hiring
• Cash handling experience
• Customer service experience
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patrons with any questions and purchases
• Operate POS system accurately
• Maintain inventory and quality control
• Keep facility presentable and clean
• Stay compliant with current processes and established policies
• Set up displays and merchandising
• Stay up to date on product knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Key Holders must have in store opening/closing experience.

• 40hrs per week.
