The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we're looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:Education & Experience:
Minimum HS Diploma/GED required Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or related degree preferred Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse management systems (dairy, chemistry, food, pharmacy). APICS Certification preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated understanding of SC processes and safety stock optimization strategies Demonstrated understanding of materials management & supplier management SAP/APO knowledge a plus Knowledge of supply chain including supply planning with demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
