This role involves supporting a large-scale device refresh across multiple locations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and coordinating asset deployment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in inventory tracking and asset reconciliation. Position Overview for the
Inventory Specialist:
Support a large-scale device refresh across multiple facilities. Reconcile existing device inventory and coordinate collection efforts. Assist with the deployment of new hardware devices to various sites. Identify missing, damaged, or inaccurate assets and maintain organized rollout processes. Communicate effectively with plant personnel and keep detailed records for large-scale projects. Requirements for the
Inventory Specialist:
Experience tracking, reconciling, and managing physical inventory across multiple locations. Procurement or asset management experience is a plus. Experience supporting hardware or equipment deployment projects. Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to coordinate collection and replacement efforts across sites.
