Washington State:
Bellingham, Seattle, and Poulsbo. LFS also has five year-round locations in
Alaska:
Anchorage, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Homer (Kachemak Gear Shed), and Sitka; and three seasonal locations in Kenai, Dillingham and Naknek. While our core business is supplying the commercial fishing industry, we have evolved to include industrial and sports netting sales, hydraulic sales and services, wholesale/industrial sales, recreational marine and outdoor sales, and internet sales.
Summary:
LFS/GO2 Marine is looking for an eCommerce Operations & Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for inventory, pricing execution, purchasing requests, and fulfillment alignment across all channels. Responsible for managing inventory accuracy, FBA/FBM/Shopify fulfillment workflows, and pricing updates while ensuring order flow meets performance standards. Supports day-to-day operational execution through shipment monitoring, issue resolution, system updates, and coordination with warehouse and accounting systems to maintain accurate data and recover lost revenue (claims, credits, and returns). Core Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and drive replenishment decisions. Manage FBA shipments and FBM/Shopify fulfillment coordination. Execute pricing updates across all channels. Resolve inventory discrepancies and stranded product issues. Coordinate with warehouse to ensure order flow and fulfillment timing. Align product availability across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify. Late shipment monitoring + warehouse coordination FBA receiving SAFE-T claims, refunds. Inventory feeds, NetSuite / Entriwise / Eagle updates. Customer/order issue follow-up Pricing + reporting support Revenue recovery work

Fulfillment performance and accuracy This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, year-round benefited position. Pay range is $22-$24 per hour. This is a work from home/remote position. Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs) Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account. Handson experience with both FBA and SellerFulfilled (FBM) workflows. Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping, and marketplace performance metrics Comfortable troubleshooting listing errors, stranded inventory, and fulfillment issues Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple products at once. Clear communicator who can follow processes and improve them. Experience with large or complex catalogs Strong Excel Knowledge Knowledge of marketplace fees, reimbursements, and inventory reports Experience coordinating with warehouses or thirdparty shippers. Preferred education and experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, computer science, or related field.
